1. Service-Based Projects
Custom software, web and mobile app development projects are milestone-based. Refunds are applicable only for work not yet commenced. Once a milestone is delivered and approved, that portion is non-refundable.
2. SaaS & Subscription Products
For subscription-based products like iDiary School ERP, refund requests may be submitted within 15 days of purchase if the product does not meet the agreed specifications. Annual subscriptions are prorated.
3. Hardware Products
Hardware products (HP devices, interactive panels, kiosks) follow manufacturer warranty and return policies. Damaged-in-transit items are replaced at no cost.
4. Communication Services
SMS credits, WhatsApp API charges and email services are non-refundable once consumed. Unused credits may be carried forward as per the service agreement.
